What are the delivery methods?

 

Your order will be delivered by bike courier for all deliveries in Paris.

Our French and international deliveries will be handled by our partner carriers.

 

What are the delivery delays?

For all deliveries in Paris, we guarantee delivery within 24 hours of your order.

For European and international deliveries you will receive a tracking number and then you will be delivered within 72 hours.

Are you shipping international?

 

We deliver all the countries of the world.

 

Can customs duties apply to my order?

Customs charges will apply to countries outside the Schengen area. The customs duties will be supported by the consumer at the time of receipt of the order.

What are the return conditions?

If you change your mind, we will allow you to return your package free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Following the return and verification of the goods status, we will then proceed to refund your order. Please contact us by Whatsapp or at info@verlan-paris.com 

When will I be refunded ? 

When Verlan finds that the product has not been worn or damaged, please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed at Verlan and to register the refund on your account.

What is the Orange SMART MARK? 

Orange “SMART” Mark is an activation service available on all labels of our products and accessible from a smartphone. This service allows the buyer to inquire as the owner of his product. This allows him to access completely transparent information on the manufacture of his product, to receive exclusive invitations in relation to the new releases and events of Verlan. Orange SMART mark also makes it easier and safer to remake products via online reselling platforms.
By working with Arianee, we are reinventing the relationship between the brand and its community around the concepts of trust, respect and transparency.

To activate it, download the Ariane app from the Apple Store. Create an account and scan the NFC chip under your product’s Verlan label.

How do I do it if my piece is damaged?

We carefully check our products, so if any of them are defective, please contact us via Whatsapp or our email address: info@verlan-paris.com . Remember to include the purchase reference.

Verlan guarantees all its products for life, these guarantees apply when the product is used under normal conditions and for the intended purposes. All returns will be inspected and approved by Verlan before any replacement or repairs.
