Satisfied or money back

If it doesn't work out when your item arrives, you have 14 days to return and exchange it. To return an item, simply ensure that all labels and tags are intact, repackage the item, email to receive your label and and drop the package at a drop-off point near your address. Return your product and we’ll do it within a few days, all at our expense.

Once we’ve received the piece(s), we either make an exchange or a refund. It's up to you.


What are the delivery costs?

For France, shipping costs are 7€ (euros) whether for pre-order or in-stock products

For Europe (inc. the UK) shipping costs are 7€ (euros) for pick-up points or 19€ (euros) for home deliveries

Shipping costs outside Europe are 29€

Standard shipping is offered for France above 75€, for Europe above 100€, rest of the world above 149€.

How long does it take to deliver my order ?

When a product is offered through pre-order, it is not yet produced. So we need a certain amount of time to produce it. The estimated delivery date is included in the product information and your order confirmation email. We do everything we can to ship it to you as soon as possible. This can take a few weeks, and sometimes several months depending on the product and how soon you placed your order.

Once the package is shipped by courier service, the expected delivery time is 3-5 days for the EU and up to 7 days for countries outside the EU.


How do I track my package?

You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been sent. The email also allows you to track the progress of your delivery which should hopefully make signing for it a little easier.


What should I do if I haven't received my package?

If you were not in at the time of delivery, the courier service should have left a "calling card". This should let you know when the courier will attempt redelivery or where they have left the package.

As couriers don’t always leave calling cards, we recommend that you track the status of your delivery via the link mentioned above.

If your package is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your caretaker or neighbours to see if they have signed for it on your behalf.
