We ship worldwide via premium carriers and all Parisian deliveries are carbon neutral . Deliveries are made between 9 AM-6 PM CET, Monday-Friday; however, these shipping times should be used as an estimate only, as the following may be a cause for delay: inclement weather, package congestion, etc. Please note that some services may not be available in all countries. 

All packages are insured and trackable. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to to you when the order ships. 

We have done our very best to provide the fairest possible shipping prices for our customers.

Complementary shipping is offered to European customers with an equivalent purchase of at least 100€. For the rest of the world, complementary shipping and is offered with an equivalent purchase of at least 300€. 

Verlan occasionally offers promotional free shipping to customers. To be notified about such promotions by e-mail, please sign-up at the bottom of this page. 

We provide free return shipping for all French orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping.


Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

Verlan aims to ensure its customers full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

1. Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery
2. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete

Then, simply ensure that all labels and tags are intact, repackage the item, email customerservice@verlan-paris.com to receive your label and drop the package at a drop-off point near your address. 

We provide free return shipping for all European orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs or taxes. Store credit will be given for retail price of item(s) purchased.

Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued.

Once issued, store credit is valid for one full year.
