Where are your clothes made?

Our clothes are hand made in a factory nestled away on a mountain side in Barcelos, Portugal. It’s a proper maker town.

The factory is a small family run business that has been going for the last 30 years, specialising in jersey. They have a track record for supporting the underdogs. We’re proud to have our clothes made by them.

 

How long until I get my order?

There are two scenarios :

1. For Pre-Orders. We don't like waste, so we make our garments once we know what exact sizes and colours we're making. The making process takes around 6-9 weeks. Please make note of the delivery window that is indicated on each product page. We keep you informed at every step of the way, explaining how your garment is being made.

2. For Stock. We usually reserve 5% of the pre-orders quantities for exchanges and stock. Products in stock, ship in 24h. 

 

Why don't you just make more?

A lot of people ask why we don't make more. There are 2 reasons why:

1. We don't like waste. Wasted fabric, or wasted garments. That's why we limit production. We're careful to grow slowly as we want to keep a close eye on quality.

2. Our fabric is made bespoke, a process that starts many weeks before the clothes go on sale. That means knowing how many we are selling long in advance of a launch.

 

How long are the garments available for?

Our garments are available on a first come first serve basis, considering that all products are limited-editions. Each drop goes live on a Friday at 11:00 a.m. Paris time. 

Some of our products tend to sell out quickly, so if you know you want a garment, it's best to be quick.

What number will I get on my garment?

Each garment is individually hand-numbered in the order that they're sold, and defined by it's colour too, making every product undeniably part of it's batch, never to be remade again. 

 

How do I know what size I am?

Check out our size guide to find your best fit.

We make our clothes from XS to XXL and our fit is always unisex.

So if it's made to order, can I return if it doesn't fit me?

Of course. We do everything we can to minimise the chances of your clothes not fitting, however it can happen, and we will make sure you're not out of pocket.

If your jacket didn't fit, you just need to return it in perfect unworn condition, and it will go to a happy home to the next person on our wait list. Full exchange and returns information is here.

 

Do you accept all payment types?

We accept all major credit cards on our website, including PayPal payments and Klarna to pay in several installments. 

 

I missed out, what do I do?

If you don't manage to get a garment when they go on sale, you can join the waiting list.

How do I wash my clothes?

Please check the label inside with instructions for your specific garment, most are machine washable. Use an environmentally friendly laundry detergent. To dry, never tumble dry. Hang near a window or outside to air dry will do the trick. If you do need to iron, iron from the inside out.
