Fabric and Care

The fabric is a 300GR heavy and dry 100% organic cotton (GOTS certified). Due to the use of natural dyes, the outward appearance of items may vary slightly from one another. The fabric used may vary in color and pattern from item to item. The fabric is unwashed before confection so to prevent from its water overconsumption, then the product may shrink slightly when washed.

Fréquence x Verlan

Dylan (Atlas Agency) is a DJ and brand agency through his company Atlas Agency. Frequently visiting Fréquence from their opening, he quickly meets Fréquence’s three founders: Matthieu, Guillaume and Baptiste, all sharing the same love for music. Lucca (Verlan’s founder) is (also) a fan of music. And when Dylan brings him for the first time at the bar in May 2021 for a special night with the DJ Hugo LX, he falls in love - between two Moscow Mules - of the cocktails cubic ice cubes that are usually to be found in Japan. That’s how everything started.

Opened in 2018, Fréquence is a restaurant and cocktail bar where music is as important as cocktails. Located next to the counter, the wooden DJ booth is facing the visitors who are coming to dance during the week-end until late at night. The Disco, Modern Soul, Boogie, Reggae and Hip-Hop vinyls substitute the bottles and dictate the vibe through a sound system specially designed for the room.

Working with the best partner

Texmin is a factory based in Portugal near Porto. It’s been more than 30 years they are partnering with top brands including levis, a-cold-wall or Maison Kitsuné. Texmin was the first factory we met when we were visiting Portugal for the first time and the only that trusted in our project. We are everyday in contact with Raquel, whose in charge of us for more than two years, and Francisco, the owner of Texmin. With Francisco, we share the want of keeping things small and qualitative, being obsessed by details. That’s why he keeps his number of employees below twenty, that he keeps investing in new machinery or new facilities as to offer top level working conditions to his employees. Being the best always has been the goal of Francisco and Texmin, and we are thankful to have them on our side.
